Oak and Luna leverages cutting-edge technology to personalize products and create a frictionless online shopping experience for our customers.


Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced E-Commerce General Manager to oversee our online brands specializing in jewelry and fashion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive online sales and profitability while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and leading a great team of creatives, technologists, and strategists to ensure they stay the best. 


  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy that aligns with company goals and objectives.
  2. Lead and manage the e-commerce team, including creative and brand, performance marketing, customers, and merchandise departments.
  3. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, suppliers, and partners.
  4. Monitor and analyze e-commerce metrics and KPIs to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  5. Manage the e-commerce budget and forecast sales and expenses to ensure financial goals are met.
  6. Ensure a seamless online shopping experience for customers, including site usability, checkout process, and customer service.
  7. Up to date with the fashion industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for new products, items, and services to enhance customer desires.
  8. Collaborate with other departments, such as design, merchandising, and operations, to ensure the online store aligns with the overall company strategy.
  9. Oversee merchandise and inventory management, product listings, and pricing to maximize profitability and minimize waste.


  1. Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or a related field
  2. 5+ years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably in the fashion or jewelry industry
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  4. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  5. Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, technologies, and trends
  6. Understanding of branding and creative best practices
  7. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  8. Proven track record of driving performance teams to growth and profitability in an e-commerce setting.
