Creative Performance Lead

About The Position

Tenengroup is a global eCommerce powerhouse, delivering innovative solutions and personalized experiences. As part of our Performance Marketing team, you’ll help shape campaigns that make an impact across the digital landscape.

We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Creative Performance Lead to own the creative vision and execution of performance-driven campaigns.

You’ll spearhead content creation, collaborate with external agencies, and deliver top-notch ad creatives optimized for conversions across diverse digital platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Develop Creative Performance Strategies for Meta and TikTok: Design and implement effective creative strategies tailored to performance objectives on Meta and TikTok, ensuring content resonates with target audiences.
  • Content Creation & Copywriting: Lead the creation and development of high-quality ad creatives, including compelling copywriting and visually engaging content that drives conversions.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with internal performance teams to present creative ideas and strategies, while also collaborating with designers, content writers, and editors to deliver high-quality creatives for ads.
  • Collaboration with External Creative Agencies: Manage relationships with external creative agencies that produce part of the campaign creatives, ensuring their output aligns with our campaign goals and quality standards.
  • Data-Driven Creative Development: Utilize data and platform insights to inform and enhance creative strategies. Analyze performance metrics to guide the development of more effective creatives, including the formulation of A/B testing strategies.
  • Performance Tracking & Optimization: Track and monitor performance metrics for Facebook Ads and TikTok campaigns to continuously optimize content.
  • Stay Current with Platform Trends: Stay up to date on Meta and TikTok's ad formats, best practices, and emerging platform features. Implement relevant insights to optimize creative performance across internal teams.

Requirements

  • 3+ Years of Experience in managing campaigns on Meta platforms and TikTok, with a strong background in working with markets in the US and Europe.
  • Creative Excellence: Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling ad copy that drives engagement and conversions.
  • Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical skills with the capacity to interpret data and derive insights to inform creative strategies.
  • Platform Familiarity: Super familiar with Meta and TikTok platforms, understanding their unique features and best practices for performance creatives.
  • Leadership: Ability to lead creative initiatives and inspire a team towards achieving campaign goals.
  • Experience with editing and designing creative content, showcasing practical, hands-on abilities.
  • Relevant academic background in marketing or a similar field.
  • English proficiency, both written and spoken
