Jewelry Product Development Specialist

This position plays a crucial role in the jewelry product development process, from sourcing to launch.
Responsibilities include managing various aspects of the jewelry process, such as coordinating with external suppliers, approving quality, and overseeing the transition into mass production.
Willing to be in Kiryat Gat factory at least twice a week.
Responsibilities
- Oversee jewelry product development from the concept stage to the final product, excluding the design phase.
- Act as an integrator, managing the matrix of activities between various departments, including marketing, jewelry design, purchasing, and suppliers, to ensure seamless progression from concept to mass production.
- Collaborate with external suppliers on key project aspects such as sourcing, pricing, sampling, and initiating sample purchases.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of product management experience, with a preference for experience in fashion-related industries.
- Proven track record in a product development role within a manufacturing company.
- Essential proficiency in Microsoft Office. High level of English proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking.
- Strong technical skills.
