We are looking for a full-time colleague in our Budapest office.


·       Assume responsibility over multi-site multi geo-location production systems including: websites, factories and various backoffice systems

·       Oversee the support received by hundreds of in-house users

·       Develop, manage and track the SR department KPIs, procedures and ever evolving knowledge base

·       Supervises, educates, motivates and coaches both new and senior employees who are responsible for the production environment of the company

·       Working closely with business owners and the R&D teams

·       Troubleshooting reported issues and provide solutions that meet the needs of the client

·       Monitor platform services

·       Maintaining and expanding our technical documentation

·       Working with a ticketing system while meeting the required SLA’s


·       2+ years experience in managing a NOC/Service desk team

·       Experience with help desk ticketing systems, change order processes, and logging systems- a plus

·       Experience in working with databases- MSSQL

·       Strong ability to understand and debug web-oriented systems

·       Ability to handle multiple tasks & handle pressure

·       Experience with logs investigations

·       Good communication skills verbal and written in English

·       Ability to handle multiple tasks

·       High service orientation

·       Excellent problem-solving skills - can investigate complex issues.

·       Autodidacts, fast grasping of large and complex systems and their inner workings

·       Attentive to details and focused 


·       Knowledge in scripting languages such as Bash, Powershell – Advantage

·       Experience with logs investigations (Kibana knowledge - Advantage)
