About The Position

Tenengroup is an end-to-end eCommerce company based in Tel Aviv. We manage over 5 brands across various markets, languages, and audiences. Our dynamic, data-driven approach to challenges helped us become a fast-growing, profitable eCommerce powerhouse

Maintain essential help desk operations, including:

o Supporting Windows based computers

o Support printers, monitors, projectors, and other peripherals

o Support Apple MAC

o Active directory maintenance (creating users, adding permissions, creating shares, etc.)

o Operate with office365, G-suite, Okta, SharePoint

o Familiar with network concept & elements (switches, firewalls, DNS, access points)

o Familiar with security tools – Anti-Virus, VPN, SSL certificates, etc.

o Be able to demonstrate a methodical and consistent approach to their work

o Self-learner, excellent interpersonal relations, high motivation and dedication

o High level of English is required (verbal and written)

o High level of service oriented


  • 1-3 years’ experience as an IT support/helpdesk 
  • Experience with the installation, implementation, and support of all Microsoft applications
  • Knowledgeable in hardware (PC’s laptops, peripherals)


  • Experience with scripting and automations
