Tenengroup technologies is looking to hire a service desk engineer to join our great R&D Department.
- Operating a large-scale e-commerce website end to end
- Provide support for hundreds of in-house users.
- Working closely with business owners and the R&D teams
- Troubleshooting reported issues
- Monitoring our systems and servers
- Maintaining and expanding our technical documentation
- Working with a ticketing system while meeting the required SLA’s
- Offering solutions that meet the needs of the client.
- Experience in working with databases- MSSQL - Must.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks & handle pressure – Must.
- High service orientation - Must
- Proven work experience as a technical support engineer - Must
- Good time management skills
- Good communication skills verbal and written in both Hebrew and English - Must
- Familiarity with at least one programming language - Advantage.
- Basic knowledge of the .NET environment - Advantage
- Knowledge in scripting languages such as Bash, PowerShell - Advantage
