Tenengroup technologies is looking to hire a service desk engineer to join our great R&D Department.
- Operating a large scale e-commerce website end to end
- Provide support for hundreds of in-house users
- Working closely with business owners and the R&D teams
- Troubleshooting reported issues and providing solutions that meet the needs of the client
- Monitor platform services
- Maintaining and expanding our technical documentation
- Working with a ticketing system while meeting the required SLA’s
- Write SQL queries and understand MS SQL DB
- Basic web fundamentals understanding (HTML, JS, JSON, API’s …)
- Knowledge in scripting languages such as Bash, Powershell - Advantage
- Good communication skills verbal and written in both Hebrew and English
- Experience with logs investigations (Kibana knowledge - Advantage)
