CS Project Coordinator
About The Position
Our Customer Service Department is looking for CS Project Coordinator. The responsibility includes operational tasks, analytical reporting, CRM platforms support, internal and external processes optimization, meeting deadlines and performing needful actions successfully.
What will you be doing?
· Oracle Service Cloud Admin responsibility for the ongoing configuration, support, maintenance and administration.
· Create and maintain reports and dashboards for the team to understand their KPIs.
· Design and develop workflows to improve day to day work.
· Coordination between main business units – real time operational impact during high season. Factory – Sales - Customer service
· Coordinate automations and integrations between platforms.
· Quality Assurance of web forms and incidents routing.
· Experience working on Oracle service cloud or other CRM products – an advantage.
· Experience as a software tester for Web, tablets & Mobile and HTML, CSS knowing - an advantage.
· Self-motivated, details oriented and independent fast learner.
· Strong analytical skill, Excel advanced user.
· Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with developers, business owners, and senior business leaders.
