E-commerce Customer Service Coordinator
About The Position
TGEcommerce is looking for a full time E-Commerce Customer Service Coordinator to join our international team and coordinate our global e-commerce customer service operations.
Responsibilities
· Scheduling and coordinating Customer Service Operations ensuring the highest standards
· Quality Assurance of customer service work
· Setting and maintaining clear Customer Service guidelines
· Implementing a marketing plan for uploading new products, updating existing listings and managing inventory.
Requirements
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Customer oriented and problem-solving mindset
· Professional proficiency in English (both spoken and written)
· Microsoft Office proficiency
· Great organizational and prioritizing skills
· Attention to details
· Ability to work autonomously
· Self-starter and team worker mentality
Advantages
· Previous customer service experience (online and/or offline)
· Previous experience in e-commerce and/or with any e-commerce platforms
· Previous work experience in an international work environment
· French, German, Spanish language knowledge
