About The Position
Tenengroup is looking for a talented 'Office Admin' to join our factory, as part of the operations team.
This is a full-time position for our new factory, located in Kiryat Gat.
Responsibility for purchase and invoice including documentation
Operating the front desk, receive guests, vendors on a daily basis.
Manage the facilities including office equipment and kitchenette supplies
Assistance to Finance department, security department and HR department.
Full ownership of the operational aspects of employee’s transportation: Responsibility of the transportation schedule, Balance the arrival and departure time to\from the factory and also be the focal point for transportation company
- At least 2 years of proven work experience from operations field as an office admin or a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Service oriented, responsible and independent worker
- An ability to multi-task, work well under pressure, and be a proactive team player.
- Excellent Communications skills both verbal and written
- High level English skills
- High execution, projects management and planning skills
- Resourceful and effective, multi – tasked, detail oriented and dynamic
- SharePoint\ SAP experience
- BA\BS'c in a relevant field
