Brand Coordinator
About The Position
We’re searching for a highly qualified marketing coordinator to collaborate with our cross-org interfaces.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience with a wide range of marketing functions, including marketing projects coordination & planning,
digital communication, branding & digital marketing. The marketing coordinator must be an organized multitasker able to handle many diverse projects at once and meet tight deadlines.
Responsibilities
· Assure business continuity via adequate marketing support across all regions & org divisions;
· “Connect the dots” within the organization from marketing to sales to manufacturing to service etc.
· Assist in the development and implementation of the company’s brand strategy & ongoing marketing activities;
· Manage, communicate, align and follow up the marketing gantt
· Support the brand Director in syncs with the various org wings
· Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to the various teams and provide instructions for use or promotion
· Coordinate meetings & alignments
Requirements
· Past work experience as a marketing coordinator or similar role – Min. 1-2 years
· Knowledge of digital marketing, performance marketing and marketing funnel management
· Excellent communication & coordination skills
· Advantage: relevant academic background (i.e. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications etc.)
· Advantage: Familiarity of consumer experience, UI/UX
· Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite, especially with Excel and PowerPoint
· Passion for Data, Jewelry & Fashion!
· High Proficiency in English, Advantage: FR / DE
