About The Position

Accountable for analyzing external & internal intelligence,

marking key brand focus areas and identifying insights & recommendations

to support MYKA’s marketing strategic and routine management


·        Management of brand research across the marketing funnel:

Awareness, consideration, purchase

·        Ownership of brand KPIs on routine & campaigns: setting, measurement, management

·        Ownership on Marketing Dashboard: definition, planning, measurement, reporting

·        Global Consumer trend forecast & reporting: Marco + per industry

·        Competition Analysis forecast & reporting: global + per region & market

·        Internal insights reporting: brand discourse over social media, sentiment, online behavior, marketing funnel interaction, commercial preferences

·        Ownership of reporting, listening & moderation platforms  

·        Analytic Integration: cross-functional SPOC vs. Data, Perf. Marketing & eCommerce


·        3-5 years experience in global brands management, preferably online

·        Proven analytic record in brand & eCommerce analysis

·        Proven experience in consumer/retail research

·        High familiarity with global, commercial branding trends – preferably fashion / jewelry

·        Background Education (B.A/M.A) in Marketing / Business

·        High fluency in Excel, Google Analytics & Online listening platforms

·        Wide & creative thinking, process oriented approach

·        Quick learner & responder

·        High attention to details

·        Excellent communication & interface skills

·        Result-driven, can-do approach

·        High English fluency
