About The Position

The Customer Success Coordinator will be focused on the post purchase customers experience- the goal is to provide the customer with the best service. 

Responsibilities

  • Leading the service's written communication with our customers. Create and improve the current templates. (Content & look and feel)
  • Leading the tone of voice according to the different platforms (Facebook, chats, emails., etc.)
  • Ownership of the service policy and the internal procedures. 
  • Customers’ feedback- improve the way we ask for feedback. Analyze the feedback and provide insights.
  • Build and lead creative strategy for Retention by service
