Global Learning & Training Specialist
About The Position
We are looking for a Global Learning & Training Specialist to educate our support, sales and customer service teams by conducting seminars and interactive courses.
Global Learning & Training Specialist responsibilities include facilitating on-the-job coaching, developing educational material and organizing training sessions for new hires.
- Manage the full on-boarding cycle of the company international agents.
- Identify individual and team skills gaps and plan relevant seminars to minimize the gaps
- Organize classroom-style seminars about customer service and sales techniques
- Liaise with managers and encourage on-the-job coaching (e.g. how to handle difficult client cases)
- Assess the impact of each educational course on staff performance and client satisfaction
- Maintain updated records of training curricula and material
- 2 years work experience as a trainer
- Familiarity with interactive learning activities
- High service consciousness
- Excellent communication skills
- Native/ Native level English
- Experience in sales or customer service positions is a plus
- Knowledge of Learning Management Software (LMS)
