About The Position

The Fraud Prevention Manager will be leading the Payment Team Under Customer Operation,

and Will domain the company fraud prevention activity.

Responsibilities

  • Ongoing and strategic management of all fraud & risk activity 
  • Daily detection and operation of fraud activity.
  • Identification of new fraud activity trends, adjusting the system to prevent them.
  • In charge of fraud system, maintenance and optimization.
  • Ongoing reports.

Requirements

  • Experienced in Fraud prevention and Risk
  • Experience in credit cards processing 
  • Experience in making reports using excels
  • Excellent English
  • Must have Positive attitude.
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • initiative mind
