Junior E-Commerce Site Manager

About The Position

TGEcommerce is looking for a Junior E-Commerce Site Manager to join us and be responsible for managing our E-commerce websites.

The main goal will be to improve business performance by analysing sales and user behaviour data, deciding on the actions, performing them on site while optimizing the website. Coordinating between multiple departments across the company, the Site Manager will oversee operations on a day-to-day basis.

This is a full-time position in our Budapest office.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize the product catalog: titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and categorization 
  • Define and execute product placement and sorting strategies to maximize visibility and sales 
  • Improve site navigation and category structure based on data and merchandising best practices 
  • Analyze on-site user behavior (funnel analysis, product performance, search data) to identify opportunities 
  • Monitor key merchandising KPIs (CVR, AOV, sell-through rate, click-through rate) and report on performance 
  • Collaborate with the buying and marketing teams to plan and execute promotional campaigns on-site 
  • Analyze competitor sites and market trends to identify gaps and growth opportunities 
  • Coordinate new product launches - ensuring accurate and optimized product pages are live on time 


Requirements

  • Statistical and analytical skills
  • Experience with a CMS or e-commerce platform
  • B.A in a Business field such as: marketing, business management, economy
  • Fluent English

Advantages

  • Previous experience in Online Marketing, or data analysis.
