With over a decade of experience, we have established ourselves as a leading D2C e-commerce house of brands, focusing on multiple jewelry brands in the global market. From jewelry design to purchasing and fulfillment, we oversee every step of the cycle to ensure our customers receive top-quality products and services.

We are seeking an experienced Growth Manager, uniquely focused on Performance Marketing and Brand Development to spearhead our global growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

Some primary aspects of the role include:

  • Lead and oversee a team of PPC specialists, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to optimize campaign performance and achieve business objectives and KPIs.
  • Leveraging your extensive experience in order to drive ROI growth, you will develop and execute advanced PPC strategies across multiple platforms and regions, including; Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media channels.
  • Utilize advanced analytics tools and metrics to monitor and evaluate campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance and achieve KPIs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and sales teams to align PPC initiatives with overall business goals and strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy and visual assets that resonate with our target audience.
  • Drive new branding strategies to enhance awareness, perception, loyalty and trust to elevate the brand globally.
  • Initiate, implement and manage global Brand level partnerships, affiliates and influencer marketing strategies.
  • Utilize advanced analytics to inform strategies, conduct A/B testing, and experiment with new growth tactics to increase profitability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in paid advertising, with a strong track record in managing PPC campaigns across various platforms including experience managing monthly budgets totaling millions of dollars.
  • 2+ years of Proven experience in team management and leadership.
  • Background in brand management, including developing and implementing branding strategies to enhance brand awareness, perception, loyalty and trust.
  • In-depth knowledge of PPC platforms and tools, such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Google Analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions and optimizations.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for driving growth and innovation.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
