We’re looking for a Creative Specialist to join the performance team for Yves Rocher’s digital growth. This is a unique opportunity to combine the creative power of storytelling with data-driven performance in one of the world’s most iconic natural beauty brands.

This role blends strategic media thinking with hands-on.
You’ll work closely with the performance marketing team to craft compelling visuals and narratives that resonate with audiences and elevate Yves Rocher’s presence across global markets.
Responsibilities
- Creating performance-driven creative for paid social channels, including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and YouTube.
- Take part in the full creative lifecycle: ideation, briefing, asset production, testing, iteration, and performance review.
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners (creative, media, production) to deliver high-quality campaign assets.
- Help develop creative concepts, scripts, storyboards, and visual directions based on performance data and brand guidelines.
- Contribute to structured testing frameworks and help maintain organized, repeatable creative work.
- Analyze campaign results to identify strong creatives, messaging angles, audiences, and optimization opportunities.
- Stay up to date on paid social trends, emerging formats, platform updates, audience behavior, and new AI-powered tools.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in creative or social roles.
- Proven editing skills and exprience working with creative editing tools.
- Analytical mindset with strong Excel and reporting skills.
- Creative intuition and strong storytelling skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent English skills - written and spoken.
