Product Operations

Tel Aviv, Israel · Full-time

About The Position

Tenengroup is a global, data-driven, end-to-end e-commerce leader, offering a diverse range of personalized and on-demand products. From jewelry to lifestyle goods, our portfolio of brands serves customers around the world. Powered by our in-house built e-commerce platform, we deliver exceptional shopping experiences and continue to drive innovation in the e-commerce industry.

Role Overview

We are seeking a hands-on, self-driven Product Operations Specialist to join our Product team, reporting to the Director of Product. This is an ownership role. You will be directly accountable for the operational health of the product organization — its processes, systems, and cross-functional coordination. You'll regularly get exposure to new tools and domains — and we expect you to embrace that, not shy away from it. If you wait to be told what to do, this isn't the role for you.

Responsibilities

  • Own product team operations end-to-end: intake, sprint ops, and release management.
  • Actively contribute to internal operational systems and platforms — propose improvements, participate in builds, and help shape how the team works.
  • Coordinate across Product, R&D, Marketing, and CX. Surface misalignments early. Resolve what you can before escalating.
  • Track action items, blockers, and risks across squads. Keep things moving.
  • Maintain clear, accurate product documentation — status reports, roadmap updates, process guides.
  • Spot inefficiencies. Fix them. Measure whether the fix worked.
  • Use AI tools to accelerate your own work — research, documentation, analysis, automation. Be curious about what's possible.
  • Help teammates when you see a gap — even when it's not in your scope.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in Product Operations, Project Management, or a similar operational role in tech or e-commerce.
  • Proven self-learner — you've picked up tools and domains on your own and can show it.
  • AI fluency. You actively use AI tools in your daily work and can demonstrate how they make you more effective.
  • High ownership and accountability. "Not my job" isn't in your vocabulary.
  • Strong organizational skills. You manage multiple workstreams without being managed yourself.
  • Experience with project management tools (Monday.com, Jira, Confluence, or similar).
  • Clear, effective communication — written and verbal.
  • Comfortable in a multi-brand, multi-squad environment with constant context-switching.
  • Process-minded. You notice what's broken before someone tells you.
  • Familiar with agile workflows, sprint cycles, and backlog management.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in e-commerce or D2C environments.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (GA4, Tableau, or similar).
  • Exposure to A/B testing or experimentation workflows.
  • Technical curiosity — you don't write code, but you understand how engineering teams work.
  • Experience using AI for workflow automation, content generation, or process optimization
