Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and analytical Product Manager to join our team.
As the Product Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the success of our digital products and services, with a strong focus on learning, execution, and data-driven optimization.
You will work closely with experienced product, R&D, data, and marketing to optimize the customer journey, improve conversion rates, and deliver impactful product features. This role is ideal for someone early in their product career who is eager to grow in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of the storefront platform roadmap.
- Collaborate with the data team to analyze key performance metrics, identify insights, and optimize user journeys through A/B testing and experimentation.
- Analyze user behavior, feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for incremental product improvements.
- Develop a strong understanding of the e-commerce funnel, with a focus on conversion rate optimization (CRO) and user experience (UX).
- Work closely with R&D teams to translate product requirements into clear technical tasks and support smooth feature delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, marketing, customer-facing teams) to ensure successful feature launches and iterations.
- Assist in gathering business requirements and documenting product specifications and user stories.
- Stay up to date with e-commerce trends, tools, and best practices, and proactively suggest improvements.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience as a Product Manager or in a closely related role (e.g., Product Analyst, Project Manager, Growth, or similar) in B2C or D2C environments.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to work with data, identify patterns, and support product decisions.
- Hands-on experience with analytics tools such as GA4; experience with GTM is a strong advantage.
- Technical background or previous experience as a developer – a strong bonus, with an understanding of web technologies, APIs, and basic integration concepts.
- Basic to solid understanding of UX principles, with the ability to collaborate effectively with designers.
- Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive, curious, and execution-oriented mindset, with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
