Performance Creative Lead

Tenengroup is a leading house of global eCommerce brands, delivering innovative solutions and personalized experiences worldwide. Join our Performance Marketing team—focusing on MYKA.com, one of our top personalized jewelry brands—to create impactful, data-driven campaigns across digital platforms. We’re seeking a Performance Creative Strategist to lead and execute performance-focused creative work. You’ll produce high-converting ads, partner with external agencies, and optimize content for maximum results.
Responsibilities
Develop & Implement Creative Strategies: Craft creative approaches for Meta and TikTok campaigns, ensuring the content resonates with target audiences and meets performance objectives.
Content Creation & Copywriting: Lead the creation of high-quality ad creatives, including compelling copy and visually engaging content that drives conversions.
Collaboration with Internal Teams
- Work closely with performance marketing teams to present creative ideas and strategies.
- Collaborate with designers, content writers, and manage video editors to deliver top-tier ad creatives.
Manage External Creative Agencies: Oversee relationships with external agencies producing campaign creatives, ensuring alignment with objectives and high-quality standards.
Data-Driven Creative Development
- Utilize data and platform insights to inform and enhance creative strategies.
- Analyze performance metrics and formulate A/B testing strategies to improve results.
Performance Tracking & Optimization: Track and monitor performance metrics for Meta and TikTok campaigns to continuously optimize creative content.
Stay Current with Platform Trends
- Keep up to date on ad formats, best practices, and emerging features on Meta and TikTok.
- Implement relevant insights to maximize creative performance.
Requirements
2+ Years of Relevant Experience: Background in campaign management or creative development for ads, ideally with exposure to the US market.
Creative Excellence: Strong copywriting skills and ability to produce engaging, conversion-driven visuals.
Analytical Abilities: Proficient in interpreting data and leveraging insights to guide creative decisions.
Platform Familiarity: Comfortable with Meta and TikTok platforms, understanding their unique features and best practices.
Team Leadership: Capability to lead creative initiatives and inspire collaboration across teams.
Hands-On Creative Skills: Experience in designing and editing creative content (graphics or video) is a plus.
Education & Language
- Academic background in marketing or a related field is preferred.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
