Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Product Manager to join our team. As the Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our digital products and services. Your focus will be on maximizing conversions by optimizing the customer journey, enhancing user engagement, and delivering seamless shopping experiences. By collaborating with cross-functional teams and leveraging data-driven insights, you will guide product decisions, develop impactful features, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Drive the planning, development, and execution of the storefront platform roadmap.
- Collaborate with the data team to monitor and analyze key performance data, optimizing user journeys and flows through continuous testing.
- Analyze user feedback, market trends, and data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous product enhancements.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the e-commerce funnel, focusing on conversion rate optimization (CRO) and user experience (UX) best practices.
- Partner with R&D teams to align on technical requirements, streamline development workflows, and ensure seamless delivery of high-quality product features.
- Facilitate cross-department collaboration to ensure seamless feature rollouts and integrations, aligning efforts between R&D, marketing, and customer-facing teams.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into detailed product specifications.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in e-commerce to drive product development and maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, with at least 4 years in D2C or B2C e-commerce, driving the development and launch of digital products in web-based B2C, performance marketing, or e-commerce organizations.
- Strong technical background, with a solid understanding of web technologies, APIs, and integration processes. Previous experience with complex technical integrations is highly advantageous.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Highly analytical, with the ability to derive meaningful insights from data and apply them to product decisions. In-depth knowledge of GA4 and experience with GTM usage are essential for this role.
- Solid knowledge of UX principles and best practices, with the ability to collaborate closely with design teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities, coupled with a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
- A doer who is hands-on and highly capable of driving implementation, with a detail-oriented focus on delivering high-quality products within agreed-upon timelines.
